Carpet Cleaning

When cleaning carpet we have several methods we can use. The method shown here is hot water extraction. This is the most common method we use. The wand is attached to our truck-mounted extractor which does 2 things. It supplies hot water through the solution hose and vacuum through the large suction hose. We can also feed a cleaning agent or a rinsing agent from the truck-mount to the wand. The trigger on the wand applies the water and the cleaning solution to the head of the wand and spays it onto the carpet. The suction of the wand then vacuums the water back to the truck-mount holding tank. The movement of the wand also applies agitation that will help to loosen soils in the carpet. Most of the water applied to the carpet gets vacuumed up leaving the carpet damp which typically dries withing a couple hours after cleaning.
